"Professional potter who has recently moved from Park St. Pottery in Minehead (after 12 years) to her home workshop now called Chapel House Pottery. Her first love is working in porcelain for its whiteness, sensuality, delicacy and translucency. She also works with a white stoneware body for larger pieces. Much of her work is decorated with precious metals ie gold and lustres. She has had many exhibitions and prestigious commissions which have included the Saudi Arabian Royal Family , and to sell her work on board the Queen Mary 2 (the largest most prestigious cruise ship in the world). She is a member of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen. Maureen gives private pottery lessons at her home workshop."
