Potter’s Question Time - Saturday 20th February 2021 at 11am

WPA

After the success of the WPA hosted Potter’s Question Time as part of the Devon Pop Ups Online Festival of Clay, we decided to try this exciting activity again.
We are delighted to announce our fantastic panel of experts here!

Our panel will be:
- Master thrower: Tim Gee
- Builder of stunning abstract female forms: Eilean Eland
- A woman who plays with fire – raku artist: Nicky Hanman
- Kiln and wheel guru: Colin Smith from Kilnsmiths

The event will be livestreamed on our Facebook page; please do go and click the “interested” button

We are inviting members to get involved by submitting questions so please get your thinking caps on! For example…

• Do you have any questions about throwing or handbuilding?
• Are you trying a new technique and want to know the best way?
• Do you want to learn more about a different clay process?
• Do you need advice about how to fire your kiln?
• Do you want to know how to achieve a particular glaze effect?

This is the perfect format for you to ask any questions you may have. Please e mail your questions to admin@westcountrypotters.co.uk and we will find you the answer!

Closing date for questions is Wednesday 17th February.
